The Young Legend Foundation is realigning dreams by bankrolling public school brilliance and it’s louder than a chart topper.

Superstar Joeboy just turned philanthropic flex into formal business with the launch of a ₦10 million scholarship fund that will support 30 students in Nigerian public universities.
Through his non-profit arm, the Young Legend Foundation, Joeboy is aiming to ease the financial strains that have sidelined too many young talents. Applications are open now and the door is wide for students from public institutions; polytechnics, universities and colleges of education.
Breaking it down, each of the 30 beneficiaries gets roughly more than ₦333,000, a meaningful boost for tuition, accommodation or those “how do I even pay that?” moments. The sum might read modest in celebrity-money terms but in real terms it changes trajectories, especially for young folks balancing lectures, hustle and hope.
Joeboy is shifting expectations. Success isn’t just about #1 hits and viral dances, it’s also about building the ladder back down. When he says “uplifting others,” he means it.
